Paneer pasta ingredients:
  • Penne pasta (but others types of pasta can also be used)
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • Taaza Paneer (1 cup grated or half cubed)
  • 1 red pepper (half if you don’t want too spicy)
  • Half cup of boiled corns
  • 1 cup of tomato puree
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Black pepper
  • Oregano
  • Red chili
  • Coriander leaves or chopped parsley (optional)

Preparation of Paneer pasta
  1. Boil or prepare your pasta according to package direction. You can also add some salt and oil in the water. After boiling, rinse the pastato cold water to put the temperature down.
  2. Prepare the sauce of the pasta. Start by suite the chopped onions and garlic. Be sure to cook them until their color is light brown
  3. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, cumin powder, black pepper powder, oregano and chilli flakes, then mix. Cook these ingredients for 2 minutes.
  4. Add tomato puree and a teaspoon of sugar. These will be the main ingredients of your sauce.
  5. Put now the chopped red pepper and boiled corns. Cover the pan and wait until the red pepper is cooked.
  6. Add now the boiled pasta and mix well.
  7. Toss the grated taaza paneer and paneer cubes. This will boost the flavor of your pasta. You can also add the garam masala. Be sure to mix well.
  8. Garnish with parsley or coriander leaves if desired.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
